Who is this wedding planning package for?
This exclusive wedding planning package is created for discerning couples that are getting married in 2025 in the South of Spain.
The only condition is for your to have already booked the venue of your wedding, as this package does not include venue research or related services.
How much does it cost?
We want to offer an affordable option for couples that want to enjoy the best wedding planning experience. This package is currently priced at less than half the price of our full planning package!
The price starts at just 1850€ for weddings up to 100 guests. Please enquire for full details.
Does this package include coordination of the day?
It does! We do not offer any wedding package without making sure we supervise everything we’ve planned for on the day! Our coordination team varies according to the number of your guests and we always make sure we have enough hands and eyes wherever we’re needed.
How is this different from your full planning services?
We’ve created this exclusive package that has almost everything included from the full planning package and we’re offering it for a very limited time!
The main difference is that the full planning package can be booked at any stage of planning, while this package is available only if you’re in the middle of planning and your wedding is set for 2025.
We’ve also excluded the venue recommendations services that are included in the full planning package to make sure we can deliver the best possible service in a very short window of time.
How many meetings are included in this package?
We include the same amount of meetings that our full planning couples get: that is at least one online meeting per month plus ongoing support through email and/or messaging.
In person visits are scheduled with at least two weeks notice and we usually require one day to go through menu tasting, floral and logistics plus a technical visit to the venue you chose for your celebrations.
We have multiple locations for our wedding, can you help?
This offer is created for our team to handle the wedding coordination from setup to breakdown in one location. If your celebration implies multiple locations (for example, church and reception or main wedding site and after party location), we will send you a customized offer based on your particular needs.
We have planned for a whole wedding weekend of activities, can you help?
We love wedding weekends and we’d be happy to help you with your pre and post wedding activities. Just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll set up a customised offer for you!
